OUR COMMITMENT
What is PETA Approved Vegan?
We stand against any form of animal cruelty. All our products have "PETA-Approved Vegan" certificate.
As a longtime vegan family, we provide a vegan-friendly workplace to make it easier for our employees to go vegan for ethical and health reasons. Veganism also contributes to our environmental goals by reducing soil degradation and greenhouse gas emission.
OUR COMMITMENT
Why Vegan Clothing?
Most animals used in the production of the aforementioned materials are bred specifically for this purpose, often in countries with little to no animal welfare guidelines. They endure severe pain during shearing or plucking, and many are cruelly killed without anesthesia.Animals are not fashion or home decor. Using animal materials like wool for clothing and textiles is speciesist, prioritizing human needs over other sentient beings. Instead, we can choose products made from animal-free materials, promoting a cruelty-free and ethical lifestyle.
About PETA
The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) Foundation, based in the UK, is dedicated to protecting the rights of all animals. Recognizing that animals can suffer and have their own interests, PETA opposes their use for experimentation, food, clothing, entertainment, or any other purpose.
PETA educates policymakers and the public about animal cruelty and advocates for the respectful treatment of all animals. Through public education, research, legislation, events, celebrity involvement, and protest campaigns, PETA promotes non-violence and peaceful advocacy against cruelty to animals.
Organic Content Standard (OCS)
The Organic Content Standard (OCS) is an international, voluntary standard that provides chain of custody verification for materials originating on a farm certified to recognized national organic standards. The standard is used to verify organically grown raw materials from the farm to the final product. Individual sites are certified by independent, third-party certification bodies using annual audits. Material is tracked from the farm to the final product following the requirements of Textile Exchange’s Content Claim Standard (CCS). For more information or to apply for certification, please visit:
