Shipping policy

EU Member States & Selected European Countries – €13.00

We charge a flat shipping rate of €13.00 for deliveries to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Non-EU Countries (Subject to Customs) – €22.00

We charge a flat shipping rate of €22.00 for deliveries to the following countries:

Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Delivery within Germany: 2–4 business days.
International delivery: 2–8 business days.

We dispatch your order no later than the next business day after the contract is concluded (in the case of prepayment, after receipt of payment).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one delivery unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time for the complete order will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
