Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via our online shop https://gorgstore.com between:

and the customer.

A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade or profession.


2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes a binding offer.

The contract is concluded when you click the “Buy Now” button (or similar wording) during checkout.

You may review and correct your information before submitting your order.

Order confirmation and communication are carried out via email.


3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply and must be borne by the customer.


4. Payment Methods

Payments are processed via Shopify Payments (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland).

Available methods may include:

  • iDEAL

Your account will be charged immediately upon conclusion of the contract.


(2) PayPal

Payments via PayPal are processed by:

PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.

You will be redirected to PayPal to authorize the payment.


(3) Klarna

If you select a Klarna payment option, the payment is processed by:

Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sweden.

Klarna’s terms and conditions apply.


5. Delivery

Delivery times are stated on our website.

For consumers, the risk passes upon delivery of the goods.


6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.


8. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
